What we sell: We sell consumer goods across multiple brands and categories, including:

Where purchases happen:
Purchases may be completed either (a) via our Amazon storefront, or (b) via direct quote by email/phone.
For Amazon purchases, Amazon’s checkout and policies apply.
How direct ordering works (quote-based):
You contact us with the items and quantity you want.
We send a written offer including item price, shipping cost, estimated lead time and delivery estimate.
A purchase contract is formed only after you accept our offer in writing (email confirmation) and we confirm acceptance.
Payment is requested via a secure payment link (card payment) or other agreed method.
We ship from our own warehouse via UPS.
Pricing & currency: All prices and charges are quoted individually upon request. Transaction currency is USD ($) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Shipping & delivery policy (direct orders):
Shipping times and costs are provided in the individual offer. Unless otherwise agreed, we typically dispatch within
1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery time depends on the selected UPS service and destination.
Export restrictions:
We comply with applicable export control laws and sanctions. We may refuse or cancel orders that cannot be shipped legally to a destination, entity, or individual.
Security (card payments):
Transmission is protected using HTTPS/TLS. Card payments for direct orders are processed on a secure hosted payment page provided by our payment partner.
We do not store full card numbers or sensitive authentication data on this website.
Terms & Conditions (direct orders)
Order formation: A contract is formed only after you accept our written offer and we confirm acceptance.
Payment: Payment is made via a secure payment link (card) or another agreed method before shipment.
Shipping: Shipping costs and delivery estimates are included in the individual offer. Shipment via UPS from our warehouse.
Export restrictions: Orders may be refused if shipping is legally restricted.
Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (direct orders – US market)
Returns: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition/packaging (where applicable).
Return process: Contact Customer Support first to obtain return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned items, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing is typically 5–10 business days after receipt/inspection (bank posting times may vary).
Shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or if the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
Defective / damaged items: Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, the return process applies.
